We offer:

A market research for properties that match your requirements sent to you via 2 emails a week. All listings are translated into plain English. These include listings from the internet and printed advertising/medias as well as our own database of properties. We will continue to email you property listings until you find the property that matches your requirements.

Once you have found a suitable property, you should contact the relevant agencies to arrange viewing or find out more details.

Our searching services fee is 300 EUR/month, which includes search fees, administrative costs and other related expenses.

Purchasing process services:

Once you decide that you need more information on a property/properties we can offer our Purchasing Service. This will include a digitally photographed file of the property and the neighbourhood. This service includes setting up all appointments with the real estate agencies (should you decide on a personal visit) so that you make effective use of your time.

It could also include any other specific details that you need to feel confident about your choice of property.

Although the quality of the information provided is such that it is possible to make your decision remotely, we do recommend that you view the property/properties personally before making an offer.

This process can be repeated as many times as it takes to complete a purchase.
